I have always been fascinated by how people learn, think and behave and enjoy working to help others develop their own potential. I have a background in education and community development and combine my role as a therapist with teaching in a primary school.

When I was introduced to hypnotherapy I was struck by how empowering it is - helping people to harness their own inner strengths and resources of mind to make the positive changes they want.

I love my work as a therapist. To witness people taking back control of their anxieties or fears and restoring their strength and resilience once again is a real privilege.

When not working I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as lots of walks with my little dog, Molly. I relax through reading, music, films, yoga and whenever possible being outside in the countryside or on the coast.

a

safe space

for you

I offer sessions at the lovely Bay Therapy Centre (www.baytherapycentre.com) in Lady Bay. There are ground floor facilities offering wheelchair access and easy parking outside and in the nearby residential streets. I also offer online sessions over Zoom as well as phone support.

Clients often say that one of the benefits of sessions is carving out space and time for themselves where they can relax and feel at ease. It is in this space that change can begin.
